With over 20 years of entertainment production experience, Michael Dress has learned from the best while working shows for artists such as Tony Bennett, The Beach Boys, and Ringo Starr to name a few.  He is currently the resident audio engineer at the Ocean City Music Pier mixing for various acts, along with the Ocean City Pops Orchestra and the Ocean City Theatre Company regularly. Michael gained hand-on experience from working alongside reputable audio engineers including Tom Young who currently works for Tony Bennett after years of mixing for Frank Sinatra.

  In 2005 Michael was nominated for a Perry Award for "Outstanding Sound Design" for work on You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown.

  Along with a business partner, Michael Dress started a small remote recording company called Digital Warmth Recording that has enjoyed some successes over the years.  Most notably being contracted to do a multi-track studio quality recording of a live performance by Idina Menzel, and being hired by Live Nation to record Kathy Griffin.

  As a lighting technician, Michael has setup, operated and designed for events such as rock shows, theatrical productions, pageants, and sporting events.  At a young age he earned praise from artists like Jefferson Starship and Marian McPartland, followed by experience with various pageants including the Miss NJ Pageant.  Michael's lighting work brought him to venues such as the Roseland Ballroom in New York City as well as operating for the Flyers and 76ers games in Philadelphia, and most recently designing for Ocean City Theatre Company's production of Nunsense.

  Michael is also an accomplished photographer with a vast library of online galleries, and well versed in concert photography with photos printed in various publications.

  Michael studied Music Composition at Rowan University before taking his band on the road.  Then he held the Operations Manager position at the local Guitar Center for its first three years.  Michael later handled entertainment rental accounts for Atlantic City casinos while also managing operations at ACIR Professional, a local entertainment production & rental company.

  Michael is grateful for his loving wife & daughter, together with his supportive family and friends who have helped him become who he is today.



  Mike Neugent has been praised by many talented recording artists as the smoothest and fastest digital audio studio engineer in the area.  He has over 20 years of entertainment production experience in both live audio mixing as well as studio recording, mixing, production and mastering.  As a talented musician, Mike has insights and expertise that he brings to every production that he is a part of.

  Mike's experience has given him opportunities to work with audio industry greats such as Ed DiBona who was the lead engineer at TMP Recording Studios earning accolades for releases in the late 90's, and took Mike under his wing to work shows for artists such as Al Di Meola, Charlie Wilson & Aretha Franklin.  As a recording engineer Mike has collaborated with artists such as DR Period, and tracks he produced have been remixed with vocals by MC Chris and MF Doom.

  The father of Digital Warmth, Mike saw his vision grow from a small home studio into a professional remote recording company that has been hired from Virginia to Connecticut by everyone from garage bands to Live Nation, along with cyber projects with artists in Florida and overseas.  Mike mixed and mastered the album Dolina Snow by Domino Effect with a track titled Matrix that earned "International Top 30", and he also re-mastered the album Morning Groove for Royal Blue Productions (BMI) and guitarist Teddy Royal in addition to recreating the visual layout and graphic design for the album.

  At a young age Mike was quite proficient with computers and later became certified in Graphic Arts.  His musical talents brought him to the audio world as digital technology was emerging with scrutiny that it wasn't as "warm" as analog audio… Mike brings us Digital Warmth.

  Mike lives with his wife, daughter and two sons in their loving home in South Jersey.  Aside from his family, Mike loves nothing more than to be some part of making music.
